At Gerat Store, we value customer satisfaction and are committed to offering a smooth and secure shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements.


✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

Unshipped Orders:

  • You may cancel your order unconditionally before it is shipped.
  • Email us at gerathelp@gmail.com to request cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

Shipped Orders:

  • You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in new or like-new condition.
  • Products must include all original accessories, packaging, and gifts.
  • Returns due to quality issues or wrong items sent will receive full refunds including shipping.
  • For non-quality returns, customers bear the return shipping cost.

❌ Return Not Accepted If:

  • The return request is made after 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned item is damaged, missing packaging or accessories, or shows signs of misuse.
  • Items were installed, modified, or operated incorrectly.
  • Product is returned without proper unboxing video as per guidelines.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement for Refund/Replacement

To claim a refund or replacement due to damage, missing items, or wrong product:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video in a single, unedited clip.
  2. Show the outer parcel with shipping label clearly visible.
  3. Begin unboxing with a 360° view of the parcel.
  4. Show all components and packaging clearly.
  5. Any damage or issue must be shown in the same video.

📌 Without this video, refund or replacement claims will not be accepted.

📅 Return Instructions

  1. Email us at gerathelp@gmail.com to initiate your request.
  2. If eligible, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions.
  3. Send back the product according to our guidelines.
  4. Once we receive and verify the return, your refund will be processed.
  5. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Do not return items to the sender address on the package. Use the return label we provide.


📦 Replacement Policy

Eligibility:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging, in new or like-new condition.
  • A proper unboxing video must be provided to claim damage-based replacements.

Not Eligible for Replacement If:

  • Requested after 7 days.
  • Item is used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • No unboxing video or packaging included.

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact us at gerathelp@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. If approved, we will send you a replacement shipping label.
  3. Send the product as instructed.
  4. After inspection, a replacement will be shipped to you.

We cover shipping for issues caused by us (damage, wrong item). Personal reasons = return shipping at customer’s cost.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Only for non-quality issues. For defective/damaged items, we cover shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
Within 5–7 business days after product verification.

Is original packaging mandatory?
Yes. Items without original packaging or missing parts are not eligible.
